Shipping: Goods will be shipped out within two regular business days of receipt of order (unless otherwise noted) excluding holidays.
Returns: Due to health regulations Serenity is unable to accept returns of Earrings or intimate apparel. Any Tarot Cards decks which have been opened will not be accepted as a return. A request for a return by email (or phone) must be sent and a confirmation received by the customer before acceptance of a return. All products to be returned must be unused and or unworn (in original condition) with a copy of the original invoice included. Shipping cost of returns to be covered by the customer.
